It is reported that a 19-year-old resident of Kharkiv via Telegram contacted an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation, responsible for the selection and recruitment of citizens of Ukraine to carry out subversive activities against our state, agreed to the proposal of a representative of the Russian special service regarding cooperation and received the task of collecting and further handing over to the enemy information about units of the Armed Forces. The newly recruited man from Kharkiv offered his 20-year-old friend to "work" together.
The young men traveled around the city and region on bicycles and collected information about the places of concentration of forces and funds of the Armed Forces. They marked the collected data on Google maps and sent it to the curator from the FSB. For each location mark, they received $50 for two.
"Thus, the attackers directed hostile fire at objects located in the territory of the Kharkiv region – the information received from them was used by the aggressor state for shelling," the report says.
The traitors were detained on August 1, 2023, when they were gathering information about the location of one of the military units.

Despite not admitting guilt, the Kyiv District Court of Kharkiv handed down a guilty verdict to both "cycling enthusiasts," the report says.
