Iranian President Raisi died in a helicopter crash

Iran's Mehr news agency reported on the morning of May 20 that Iran's president and foreign minister were killed in a helicopter crash on May 19.

"Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian were killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday."

Reuter, citing an Iranian official, also reported that Raisi and his foreign minister were killed.

As is known, the helicopter carrying Raisi and Amir Abdollakhyan crashed on Sunday.

Mehr news writes that all the passengers of the helicopter, including the governor of the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan Malek Rahmati, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Ale-Hashem, the representative of the leader of the Islamic Revolution in the province of East Azerbaijan and several other people, died.
