Privatization of the property of state-owned enterprises is an important source of attracting investment into the economy of Ukraine, the head of the Federal State of Ukraine emphasized.
It is reported that the winning bid almost doubled the starting price of the lot and reached UAH 20.18 million.
The winner of the bidding on Prozorro. The sale was made by a private entrepreneur, Serhii Akhremenko.
The complex combines non-residential buildings and buildings with a total area of 2255.7 square meters. m.
The enterprise is located near the intersection of the international highway M19 and the road of territorial significance T 2602.
Part of the property, with an area of 2036.1 square meters. m, is already rented out, which, according to the notice, will provide the new owner with a stable income.
"Privatization of the property of state-owned enterprises is an important source of investment attraction in the economy of Ukraine. And the funds received from the sale, after payment, are sent to the state budget, from which our defense forces are financed", – noted the head of the FSMU Vitaliy Koval.
