Forecasters predict heat and rain

It will be the hottest in the east and south of the country: the temperature will rise to +34° in some places, and precipitation is not forecast there.

Heat is forecast for Tuesday, June 11 in Ukraine, and short-term rains and thunderstorms in most regions, except for the east and southeast, and hail and squalls of 15-20 m/s in some areas. This is reported by the Ukrhydrometeorological center.

The temperature at night in most regions is +15-20°; during the day +25-30°, in the south and east of the country up to +34°, in the western regions +21-26°. The wind is south-easterly, changing to north-easterly, 7-12 m/s.

Rains and thunderstorms are possible in Kyiv on June 11. The wind is south-easterly, changing to north-easterly, 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night is +18-20 °, during the day +26-28 °.

On Wednesday, June 12, short-term rains and thunderstorms should also be expected in Ukraine, in the northern and most central regions heavy rains in places (at night in the southeastern part – no precipitation).

The wind is northerly, northerly, 5-10 m/s, gusty during thunderstorms. The temperature in the western regions is +11-16° at night, +18-23° during the day; in the rest of the territory at night 14-19°, during the day 20-25°, in the southern and eastern regions +28-33°.

In Kyiv on Wednesday, June 12, there will be rains, thunderstorms are possible. The wind is northerly, northerly, 5-10 m/s, gusty during thunderstorms. The temperature at night is 16-18 °, during the day 22-24 °.
