On the instructions of the President of Kazakhstan, the Institute of the Ombudsman for the Rights of Socially Vulnerable Populations was established . 71 deputies with special needs perform duties in regional maslykhats (local representative bodies). Together, they work every day to remove social barriers and create an accessible environment for people with disabilities in all walks of life.
