The Supreme Committee to investigate the causes of the helicopter crash, in which the President of Iran Ibrahim Raisi was, has published a preliminary report. This was reported by the local news agency IRNA.
The document contains basic data on the plane crash and possible causes. At the same time, the report does not have a final conclusion about the reasons for the helicopter accident.
The investigation into the cause of the incident is still ongoing. But experts can confidently say that they were able to restore the chronology of events on the day of the accident.
The helicopter from Raisi flew along the planned route and did not leave the designated flight path, but one and a half minutes before the tragedy, the helicopter pilot contacted two other aircraft that accompanied Raisi. It is not reported what the conversation was about.
Investigators analyzed the wreckage of the helicopter and found no traces of bullets or anything similar.
