Putin, speaking about Western partners, quoted: "I don't have other writers."

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about Western partners and quoted Joseph Stalin "I have no other writers." He stated this during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF).

The head of state recalled Stalin's words about the Union of Writers when Lavrentiy Beria came "to bump into them again."

"Well, here are such partners, what to do now? Fight with everyone, or what? But we must, of course, seek such agreements and such conditions that would meet our interests and be as reliable as possible," the Russian leader said.

Earlier, the Russian president said that the possible deliveries of Russian weapons to the opponents of the West will not happen tomorrow, as they are connected with a number of circumstances that cannot be ignored.
